I started my adventure!
I went to the Machu Picchu ruins, which I had longed to visit!
Machu Picchu Village is the village at the foot of the many mysteries of the ancient Inca civilization, [Castle in the Sky].
And the ancient Inca Empire [Machu Picchu], located at an altitude of 2,430 meters, flourished in the 16th century and a half.
Then, people gradually moved their lives deeper into the mountains.
The ruins have also been left unattended for 400 years, and even now many mysteries remain unresolved.
When does the adventure begin? It’s Now! ”September 1, 2023″
I’m Hamaca, a returned good-looking old man who made his debut as a world traveler in September 2023.
Well, I bought a ticket for a direct United Airlines flight from Houston to Lima, Peru.
Next, I took a break at the UNITED Club lounge.
Sometimes, I think about where to go from there after arriving in Lima, Peru!
Arrival at the airport in Lima is at midnight, but no problem!

By the way, I took this picture in the daytime. The right side is the airport, and the left side is the hotel, which is a minute walk away!
The hotel is Costa del sol. After staying at the hotel, we will consider the route to Machu Picchu Village. So I decided to go to Cusco first!
First, I will go from Lima to Cusco!
Well, I decided to leave our luggage at the hotel in Lima and go there and back by air with only one day bag.
The sunset from the plane is letting us know that we are in for a wonderful trip!
Now, I am excited for the adventure to begin!
Arriving in Cusco! Now, how to get to Machu Picchu village?
The hotel we stayed at in Lima and were introduced to was the Costa del sol Cusco.
This hotel has a sense of history, as if it were an ancient Inca building that has been renovated.
So, during the daytime, we stopped by several travel agencies.
But to my surprise, none of them sold entrance tickets to the Machu Picchu ruins.
In other words, it turned out that “Machu Picchu Ruins Tour” was not sold…
But there was no use thinking about it, so we enjoyed a welcome drink in the lobby with a fireplace!

It was fantastic, like being in ancient times.
The restaurant had a fireplace.
And it was a very soft warmth.
The welcome drink is vodka orange.
It sunk into my tired body and soul.
Tomorrow, I will finally go to Machu Picchu Village!
