Hello, my name is Amaka.
Well, today I would like to talk about the e-bike tour of Dutch father and daughters.
Pointing to Holland on the world map outside the waiting room, he says, “I’m from here,” and the exciting e-bike tour begins.

Welcome to Kitahiroshima-cho Oasa Station!
E-bike tours can be enjoyed in the town of Kitahiroshima, located in the northern part of Hiroshima Prefecture.
They took the 9:15 Chugoku JR Bus from the Hiroshima Bus Center and got off at the Oasa IC after about an hour.
The Dutch family was then picked up by Oasa Kotsu cab and arrived at OMS (Oasa Mobility Station) at 10:30am.
E-BIKE Tour Preparation for Departure
Our guide, Jonah, explains the e-bike tour while looking at the Oasa MAP.
E-BIKE Tour
Now, let’s start the e-bike tour!
Aim for Mt. Kake (752m)
The main thing in the morning is to go from OMS to Mt. Kake (752m), a 300m elevation gain!
We first stopped at a cowshed along the way.
Next we found Japanese Giant Salamanders in the river.
Long ago, there was already a sharing teahouse in Oasa where local residents helped each other. We stopped by the site of the former teahouse.
We ride through the countryside on our E-BIKES with ease and comfort.
From OMS, we ran up 300m in elevation to reach Kakeyama (752m).
From Mt. Kake, we can see from the Oasa IC to the Oasa Station and Mt. Kambiki, known as Oasa Fuji.
Heading to Oasa’s Tengushide community (designated as a national natural monument)
Next, we will go to the Oasa Tengushide community (designated as a national natural treasure), where Tengu are said to come and stay.
Amanita hornbeam community in Oasa?
A colony of a variety of hornbeam that grows wild in Tahara and Haidani in Oasa, Kitahiroshima Town.
The wavy, sloppy shape of the tree captivates the eyes of visitors.
Most of the time, trees of this variety cannot survive the struggle for survival and die, but they survive and are inherited and grow in groups, so they are extremely valuable in Japan, and in 2000 they became the national It has been designated as a natural monument.
It shows various appearances throughout spring, summer, fall and winter.
In early April, the tendril community was only bones, but in just two months it has turned a single green color.
In the Tengushide community we met Takeyan, a professional photographer, who told us that he had a connection with the Dutch, and Takeyan was willing to take a few pictures for us.
Lunch at Ai no Sato Herb Garden
This time of year, the chamomile flower fields are in full bloom at the Ai no Sato Herb Garden.

Lunches featuring seasonal vegetables are popular. The photo shows the vegan cannabis udon set. Other lunches feature chicken or pork.
Wwoof (Agricultural Experience) Host’s apple orchard
Wwoof (Agricultural Experience) Host’s apple orchard is located in Dacho. You can search for it in Japanese at h4865.
Next, we visited the apple orchard of our Wwoof (Agricultural Experience) hosts.
We experienced a two-person yoga practice called Raku Kempo.
The official name for Futari Yoga Raku Kenpo is Raku Kenpo. The emphasis is on loosening the stiffness at the base of the feet, and the method begins by loosening this base in a lying position. As the muscles become a little softer and looser, the patient often feels comfortable and falls asleep as the muscles loosen.
Fukumitsu Sake Brewery
In 1933 (Showa 8), Fukumitsu Brewery Co. was founded in 1873 (Meiji 6), and now Mr. Hiroyasu Fukumitsu became the fourth-generation brewer. Then, with the help of community friends and local university students, he began cleaning up the sake brewery, which had been abandoned and in disrepair for nine years. The brewery has been repaired and renovated to produce doburoku and wine.
Finally, we visited the Fukumitsu Sake Brewery, located near the Oasa Station, to tour the brewery.
We were guided by Hiroyasu Fukumitsu, the fourth-generation brewer of the Fukumitsu Sake Brewery, and had the opportunity to sample some delicious doburoku, a traditional sake made with rice from Osasa, one of the best rice-producing areas in Hiroshima Prefecture, and blessed with good water.
We would have liked to have had more, but it was time to catch the bus back home, so we had no choice but to leave the Fukumitsu Brewery.
We are heading for the Oasa IC with a heart full of hope for another visit.
Since we were pressed for time a bit, we dispatched an Oasa Kotsu cab in front of the Fukumitsu Sake Brewery.
We look forward to welcoming visitors from all over the world to the OMS e-bike tour!
