Nordic Swedish countryside

Hello, my name is Inosho.
I had the opportunity to visit a country home in Scandinavian Sweden through Couchsurfing.

I am staying in a house that is certainly the largest property I have ever had.
A house that is certainly the largest property I have ever had.

I visited a house on the edge of a rural town called Tuligen.
The grounds were very large and I stayed in a cabin in the woods of my own volition.

It was an unprecedented opportunity to break contact with people. It is not that I dislike people, but I was honestly tired of a society where so many opinions and values are intermingled, and I was looking for a place like this where I could be alone.

I was very happy to be able to spend a calm and peaceful time in the hut, almost completely free of people and the sounds they create.

I told my house hosts that I might return around April.
To be honest, I couldn’t say whether they would let me come back or not, but anyway, this experience made me more interested in living in the Scandinavian countryside.

I thought it was amazing that they were able to farm and have their own machinery without any special qualifications.

Next time if I get permission from my host to return, I would like to stay for 2 weeks to a month next time.
This time I stayed only 5 days.
