Marrakech to Fez, Morocco

Hello, my name is Hamaca.
I am moving from Marrakech, Morocco to Fez with my second son, Inosho.

Unassuming cafe near Marrakech train station.

Today is our first train trip in Morocco.
However, we had some time to kill, so we stopped at a casual cafe in front of the station.

Inosho ordered Moroccan green tea atzei and a fruit platter.
And I had American coffee and crème brûlée.
It was a moment of delicious food bliss!

Marrakech Railway Station

Marrakech train station was more magnificent than I had imagined. From Marrakech to Fez, we will take the train.

And since it was a first-class train, I couldn’t stop feeling excited.
We bought salad, bread, ham, salami, and smoked salmon at Carrefour for lunch on the train.

First Class Train by ONCF Voyages

The train leaves at 12:50pm and takes 6 hours and 30 minutes to arrive in Fez at 19:25pm.
Well, I asked the station staff and found my seat smoothly.

By the way, the 1st class car is a private room for 6 people and the chairs are spacious and very comfortable with wide legroom.

And the restrooms are close by, which is nice, and the train is very clean with frequent garbage pickups.

Also, the frequent peddlers are very convenient.
By the way, there is a table by the window, which is very useful for eating and drinking.

HOTEL Royal Urban Concept

It was a dark nighttime street, but I walked for about 30 minutes to the hotel and was guided smoothly to my room for check-in.

Well, today I took a shower for the first time in three days!

It was a pleasant feeling of coming back to life with the hot water with a large amount of hot temperature.
