Hello, my name is Inosho.
This is a Moroccan father-son trip with my father, Amaka. Today we went sightseeing in Marrakech.
Morocco in North Africa is known for its deserts, so we went to the Agfa Desert in the suburbs of Marrakech. The desert is not the smooth sand that we generally imagine when we hear the word “desert,” but it is rather rugged, but I was able to enjoy a good atmosphere.
Speaking of the desert, camels are the most common type of animal, so I took a camel ride. The price was 400 dirhams, or about 6,000 Japanese yen, which was not cheap. To be honest, the camel ride was not very comfortable, but the camel’s slow walk had an indescribably relaxing effect.
This is a hostel in Marrakech called Hostel Kech Vibe. The terrace was dyed a beautiful blue.
This is a view of the old town of Marrakech. There were many tourists. Peddlers appeared and all stores were selling the same kind of things, which is typical of tourist attractions. Every shop sold Moroccan hats, clothes, spices, etc.
I enjoyed just looking at the lively old town. I had an impression that there were many tourists from Europe as well as local Moroccans. There were also a surprisingly large number of Asian tourists like us.
